Service Description

The training program consists of various first aid courses intended to cover a wide variety of methods with which to assist a person who has been injured, focusing on emergency situations such as cuts, fractures, choking and everything in between. The CPR and AED courses teach two different life-saving techniques that, when used together, are the most effective way of effectively treating someone who has suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. The First Aid, CPR, and AED courses are typically combined, giving the opportunity to get certified in three important areas during the course of one convenient class. Purpose: The primary purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED offered by the Clever Knowledge organization is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac arrest, breathing difficulties, and first-aid treatable emergencies. The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills necessary to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and the ability to make an informed decision regarding whether or not advanced medical care is needed. This program offers a choice of three different courses with focuses on First Aid, CPR, and AED in order to meet the various training needs of our diverse student pool.
